Do I need a new eSIM for each trip?
No. You install one RoamLuna eSIM a single time and keep it all year. There's nothing to reinstall when you travel.
What is "Always-On" data?
A light 1 GB of data every month so you can use maps, messages and check-ins the moment you land, even before you switch on Travel Mode.
How does Travel Mode work?
When you travel, switch on Travel Mode from your RoamLuna account to activate full trip data from one of your Travel Passes. It's valid for 30 days, all from the web, with no app to install.
Is there an app?
No app needed. You manage your eSIM, Always-On data and Travel Mode from your RoamLuna account in any browser.
How many trips are included?
The Traveler plan includes 2 trips a year and Frequent includes 3. You can add an extra Travel Pass anytime if you travel more.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly Flex plan can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans run for the year you've paid for.
Where does it work?
