Privacy note
This notice explains how we handle your information when you browse eSIMs, use your account or join the subscription early-access list.
What we collect
When you join early access we store the email address you enter. Our server also records the time you signed up, your approximate country (from your connection), and your browser's user-agent string, to help us understand interest and prevent abuse.
If you join a travel eSIM waitlist, we also store the destination, selected plans, renewal periods and eSIM quantity, including the plan assigned to each traveller in a group. You can register interest in more than one package. Your travel dates or trip length are used to suggest packages in your browser and are not sent with the form. The number of renewal periods is saved when you select a renewal option.
Your account and cart
For an account we store your email, an optional display name, a password hash, and session information including IP address and browser details. Your password is not stored as plain text. We also store cart selections, optional trip dates or trip length, orders, eSIM names and account activity. No card details or installation credentials are collected.
The account platform uses essential session and cart cookies. Anonymous carts expire after 30 days. Account carts and orders remain saved so you can return to them.
Your language is determined by the URL. Use the language menu to open the equivalent page in another language.
Why we collect it
We use early-access information for launch updates and account information to provide login, save selections and show your orders. We do not sell your email or use it for advertising.
Destination and package preferences help us send relevant availability updates. Joining a waitlist does not create a purchase or reservation.
Where it is stored
In a Cloudflare D1 database on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare. We do not use third-party email-marketing or advertising trackers on this page.
Your choices
- You can ask us to access or delete your email and account data at any time.
- Every launch email will include an unsubscribe option.
- We keep early-access emails only until launch communications are complete, then delete them if you have not become a customer.
